Time-Frequency Analysis
Novel time-frequency analysis techniques are proposedfor deterministic signals. We show that among alllinear time-frequency representations only theshort-time Fourier transformation (STFT) family satisfies both the shift-invariance androtation-invariance properties in time, frequency and all fractional Fourier domains.
